Shipping policy

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Specialty items or large orders may take  a little longer, however, you will be notified of any unusual circumstances.

If an order needs to be expedited, contact us for a quote at TheRustySapphire@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number if an order has already been placed.

We typically use UPS or USPS, unless otherwise noted. 

If you believe your shipping cost has been calculated incorrectly, please contact us and we will gladly investigate. Shippings costs vary by weight and distance, as well as anticipated packaging materials. Mistakes happen!

Please note, I currently only ship to the continental United States due to rising shipping costs. If an order is received for shipment outside of this territory, it will be immediately refunded with no explanation given.
