What is the processing time on my order?

The typical processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Some items are "made to order", and thus may take a bit longer to produce, especially the glass pendants and magnets. You will be notified of any potential delays beyond the 3 day mark.

 

How will you ship my order?

Most orders will ship thru USPS or UPS, unless otherwise noted.

 

How do you package your pendants and magnets?

The majority of the glass items are packaged with cardstock and resealable cellophane bags. Cellophane is typically derived from natural sources such as wood, while plastic wrap is usually made from oil. We recognize that cellophane can't be recycled, but it is biodegradable and can be composted. If you have any suggestions on packaging materials, please reach out to us! We'd love to learn about more eco-friendly options!

 

What is a "digital template"?

Due to the sheer number of possibilities for pendants and magnet sets, we may use a digital template or digital mockup to list products rather than photograph every single one. Thanks to our new laser printer, we feel comfortable using a digital template to represent our products because the resulting images are just as crisp and clear as the digital picture is on the website, with minimal loss of definition, as opposed to an inkjet printer. 

 

What does it mean to "cure" a candle?

"Curing" time refers to the amount of time necessary for the wax and oils to properly bind to ensure optimum candle quality. My candles and wax items cure for about 10 days before burning for the best performance. See our Candle & Wax Care page for more information.
